Question 1: Do I receive a confirmation when I book?
ANSWER 2: Yes, you received the confirmation by email with attached voucher within 24 hours of your reservation, with all the details and instructions and our contact information.c
Question 2: What are my options to make the payment?
ANSWER 2: Online payment: When using our automated reservation system, all payments are processed through PayPal, Stripe or CashApp, which also allows secure payments with all major credit or debit cards by invoice link. Payment in cash or bank transfer upon arrival at the activity, when booking online you can select the option Pay in Cash. We can also customize a partial payment via bank transfer and then you can pay the remaining amount upon arrival.
Question 3: How secure is online payment through your website?

Question 4: How do I pay if I don't have a PayPal account?
ANSWER 4: You can pay without having a Paypal account. If you do not have it, you will be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information with a link payment from Stripe, you can also pay via bank transfer, CashApp or in cash upon arrival at the activity.
Question 5: What happens if the weather does not allow the excursion to take place?
ANSWER 5: It is in Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel and / or reschedule our excursion due to weather conditions, notifying our clients by email, WhatsApp or telephone. In case the weather conditions do not allow you to reschedule the excursion within your vacation period, you will receive 100% of what you paid for the excursion.

Question 7: Minimum age required to take the tour?
ANSWER 7: Our tours are normally for the whole family, but there are adventure activities that have a minimum age requirement between 3 and 6 years old. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Question 8: Are excursions allowed babies?
ANSWER 8: Although we do not recommend that children under the age of 2 attend adventure tours and swimming with dolphins is not prohibited. Parents are and always will be responsible for the state of the care of their babies.
Question 9: Who cannot make the trip?

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF RESERVATIONS POLICIES
• In case you need to reschedule your reservation, you can do it free of charge, 7 days before the scheduled date of the excursion.

• You can change the scheduled time and date of the tour at no cost up to 24 hours before the day of the tour.
• Cancellation 48 hours before the scheduled excursion will be reimbursed at 100% of the cost.

• Clients who do not show up for the excursion, the cost is non-refundable.

• The legal age for alcohol consumption in the Dominican Republic is 18 years old.
• We cannot accept the following on our excursion for safety reasons: pregnant women, people with physical disabilities, or people with heart or respiratory problems.
